biography

Prof. Moataz M. Salah received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Military Technical College (MTC), Cairo, Egypt in 1988 and 1994, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), OH, USA, in 2000. He is currently a Full Professor and head of Electronics and Communications Engineering Department, at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, AASTMT, Aswan, Egypt. His current interests are mainly concerned with wireless communications systems, coding techniques, MIMO systems, and OFDM systems. He is a member of two societies, Tau Beta Pi and Eta Kappa Nu
