The Maritime Safety Institute (MSI) is committed to provide maritime safety education and training services to the Shipping, Seafarers and Offshore personnel.

MSI is committed to quality in all its activities, by being responsive to customer feedback so that all who receive our services will be satisfied that they have received the best service.

MSI is committed that the services are in complying with the following:

• Other IMO Resolutions and Codes

• Egyptian Ministerial decree no. 221/2013The services are provided by academically qualified and technically competent lecturers and instructors whom continuously seek to achieve and improve levels of performance that will enhance the reputation of the institute. Performance data are analyzed to ensure that the improvement objectives are met.

It is our policy to ensure that our services satisfy the requirements of appropriate classification, accreditations and certification bodies.

This quality policy provides a framework for setting quality objectives. Commitment to this policy is demonstrated by the implementation and continual improvement of a Quality Management System that satisfies the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and is documented in the Quality Management System Manual, supported by Management Procedures, Management Representative Dean.
