The Ministry of Science and Technology and delegation’s visit to AASTMT
Within the framework of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport’s (AASTMT) continuous aspiration to new future horizons, H.E. Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghafar Ismail Farag - AASTMT President received H.E. Mr. Chen Fang - Head of the Chinese delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology and China-Arab States Technology Transfer Center (CASTTC), on Monday 29- 5- 2023, at AASTMT Smart Village Campus, in the presence of a group of AASTMT senior officials.
The meeting included discussions on developing ways of mutual cooperation between the two parties through establishing laboratories and joint technology exhibitions, increasing the number of projects’ possibility and focusing on exchanging expertise and knowledge in various fields, such as: medical, renewable energy, Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies and entrepreneurship field. H.E. AASTMT President also emphasized his support for the joint training activities between the Chinese Arab Center for Technology Transfer in the Ningxia Region of the People's Republic of China and AASTMT Smart Village Campus. Added to that, the Head of the Chinese delegation invited H.E. AASTMT President to attend the 6th China Arab States Expo that will be held from 21 - 24 September 2023 in Yinchuan district in Ningxia province - China.
