AASTMT Delegation At Sultanate of Oman
Within the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) keenness on looking forward to new future prospects, a team of dedicated AASTMT delegation headed by the Dean of AASTMT Deanery of Admission and Registration embarked on a tour to Sultanate of Oman that started on 2- 2- 2024. The mission of this tour is to forge new partnerships, explore innovative recruitment strategies, and participate in a vibrant educational landscape.
For that, AASTMT delegation participated in Ghedex 24 where endless insightful discussions took place. Ghedex 24 is a Global Higher Education Exhibition that has operated for 22 years. It is an annual opportunity for universities and colleges, accredited international universities, and academic institutes to interact, recruit and connect with students, parents, officials, and other academic representatives from Oman. As, AASTMT delivered two interesting keynote sessions concerning the benefits of studying in the Middle East and the revolutionary role of AI in the workplace.
It’s worth to mention that AASTMT delegation met H.E. Ambassador Khaled Rady, Ambassador of Egypt to Oman. In addition to several meetings with a number of local institution representatives in Oman, as to exchange ideas and explore potential collaborations on research projects and student exchange programs.
