The students will learn during the program how to manage a project, prepare budgets, manage human resources and set plans. The Media Management programme focuses on developing practitioners who are familiar with the business of media. The program is designed to combine management and media aspects. The students will learn during the program how to manage a project, prepare budgets, manage human resources and set plans. As well, as learning practical skills for content creation, production and editing for different types of media such as TV, Radio, Social Media, Documentaries, Ads and Public Relations. Throughout the program students develop their understanding of management functions (i.e. production, marketing, human resources, finance and operations) and will have practical hands-on-experience in radio, television, film, print, audiovisual, broadcasting and advertising. By the end of the program, students will be able to demonstrate analytical and creative thinking, knowledge and practical capabilities to develop innovative media management solutions..
