Article Eleven:
Every statement, action or behavior committed by the student is considered contrary to the rules, regulations and instructions of the Academy and violates its system, public morals, the proper functioning of the educational or training process, the work of the examinations, or anything that exposes the interest of others, including students, workers, and faculty members to danger, harm or harm of any kind In general, every deviation from student duties or its requirements, including: -
1. Any behavior that violates the proper functioning of the educational process.
2. Any behavior that harms religion, honor and dignity, outrages modesty, violates the good conduct, behavior and public morals of the Academy or all of its facilities, or represents discrimination on the basis of religion, race, color and the like, and every behavior represents an attempt to influence workers by intimidation or incitement.
3. Infringing the reputation and standing of the Academy and whoever is affiliated with it in any way, whether it was a verbal or a verbal inside and outside the Academy, regardless of its method and form.
4. Every conduct constitutes an assault, whether verbally or physically, against any person inside the Academy, who is a faculty member or staff of the Academy, students, or any of the representatives of the companies and institutions assigned to carry out work within the Academy.
5. Disrupting any programs or activities inside and outside the Academy or any of its facilities, whether directly or indirectly.
6. Destruction or sabotage of the academic property or facility and student housing and its fixed or movable equipment such as buildings and furniture, as well as the contents of scientific centers, classrooms and laboratories, including equipment, tools, educational aids, maps and acquisitions of the central library, branch libraries, playgrounds, parks, exhibitions and their facilities, as well as all means of mass transportation From buses and other means of transport and the like and everything that offends or proceeds with the possessions of others inside the Academy.
7. Possession or possession of firearms or bladed weapons and sound updates, even if their possessor or possessor is justified by the law, as well as any tools used in the infringement of persons, as well as possession of inflammable or explosive materials or any act that threatens the security and safety of the Academy.
8. The possession, possession, or abuse of narcotic substances of all kinds, which are considered in their judgment, as well as intoxicating and spiritual substances of all kinds and the like, as well as forged and counterfeit currencies, whether national or foreign, and circulating them in any way.
9. Possession, acquisition, circulation and display of pornographic materials that violate public order and morals in all their visual and audio forms, as well as the tools that are considered in the foregoing provision.
10. Every organization or participation in organizing or participating in meetings, conferences, associations or rallies in all their forms and forms, issuing or distributing bulletins, newspapers and magazines, selling and buying, or collecting funds for donations or collective or individual signatures, as well as transmitting or publishing any news that offends the academy, students and workers In it, the member states and the League of Arab States through various media (audible - read - visual) and social media sites or creating websites on the Internet (Internet) related to all of the above without obtaining written permission to do so from the competent authorities of the Academy or professors and doctors within the Academy.
11. Exercising any political or partisan activity that conflicts with the impartiality or independence of the Academy.
12. Theft or attempted theft inside the academy, whether in-kind (money - equipment - tools - devices ..... etc) or scientific or intellectual such as (research - books - graduation projects - assignment of collective or individual duties - scientific theft and assault On intellectual property rights ... etc.).
13. Forgery of official and customary papers and all documents issued by the Academy or circulating within it or those related to it, as well as imitation of seals, as well as obtaining valid documents by illegal means.
14. The introduction of a person unrelated to the Academy (impersonation) in the lectures, tests, examinations, or any facility of the Academy, or his entry to replace the student in the lectures, tests, examinations or all the academic facilities.
15. The student’s failure to conduct drug analysis, whether it was random for all students of the Academy, or the requirements for enrollment, or fulfilling the criteria for students of the College of Maritime Transport and Technology. Refraining from conducting the analysis is a positive legal presumption as a result of the sample analysis, either.
16. Violating order or instructions during lectures or practical lessons or during meetings, conferences, seminars, and the like, or trying to obstruct their progress in any way.
17. Smoking inside the buildings and facilities of the Academy, regardless of the type of smoking (cigars - electronic cigarettes - hookahs ... etc).
18. Every breach of the regulations system of the Deanship of Student Affairs, for example, but not limited to, an attempt to use the services provided by the Academy without subscribing to the service (internal housing - restaurant - gymnasium - transportation… etc).
19. Recording or photographing lectures or attempting to record or photograph, whether by using traditional devices or using modern technology devices without the approval of the lecturer.
20. Every attack (piracy) on the academy''s website, websites or social networking pages for colleges, deanships, institutes, scientific centers, faculty members, staff, academy workers and students.

21. Ignite sedition by all means and everything that would prejudice the security of the Academy.
22. Make any amendment, change or transfer to the contents of the rest of the facilities of the Academy without the approval of the competent authority.
23. Traffic offenses, reckless driving and violation of security and safety instructions on the Academy campus.
24. The issuance of a final criminal judgment restricting freedom that violates honor or trust.
25. Carrying out any behavior that would harm the reputation and stature of the Academy as it is one of the specialized Arab organizations affiliated with the League of Arab States.
