The Second International Forum of River Transport
The river transport research unit effectively participated in the first international forum of river transport with many specialized research papers, consequently the research unit organized and held the second international forum of river transport in December 2014 in Aswan city under the supervision of the Minister of Transport and with the participation of many river transport experts, where the challenges facing the investors and the related workforce were discussed and they reached a number of recommendations that aim at increasing the river transport share in regard to passengers and cargos in ARE. Also the research unit had participated in the third forum of river transport.
