Welcome to the MMT 2017 Abstract Submission site

Participation in MMT 2017 is open to all individuals interested in or working in mobile mapping technology and related fields. Abstracts received by the deadline will be considered for program placement under a review process. The MMT 2017 Technical Committees will organize all accepted abstracts into either oral or interactive poster sessions based upon their potential contribution to the conference and the composition of high-quality sessions.

The conference intends to publish a book or special issues based on selected high quality papers. Authors are encouraged to indicate their interest when submitting their papers on March 1 if they would like their papers to be considered for the full review process for the book.

Paper Submission Instructions

  1. Please use the ISPRS template for preparing your paper. the template is attached for your reference and you can also download it from the ISPRS web site:

  2. The deadline for the paper submission is March 15, 2017. Paper(s) submitted after the deadline might not be be included in the conference CD.
  3. Similar to the abstracts submission, the paper(s) will be submitted on-line via the conference "EasyChairMMT2017 System Submission” - the link is available at the conference web site:

  4. Authors not registered for their papers (at least one author per paper) by the time of paper submission deadline (March 15, 2017); their papers will be removed from the program and the conference CD.
  5. Registered Authors are urgently requested to submit a scanned version of the registration payment receipt, with "MMT2017 registration payment receipt" in the subject line and include the paper number, to:

  • The online abstract submission deadline is October 1, 2016
  • Abstracts should state clearly and concisely the problem, methodology used and central conclusions.
  • Download Full Paper Template (TEMPELATE )
  • If you have problems about the paper submission, please email the Conference Secretariat at mmt2017@aast.edu, with ‘Abstract Submission’ in the subject line. Also include the paper number, if there is any.

Submission Instructions

  • An EasyChair account must be created before submission. A Paper Number will be generated automatically for each paper once it is submitted successfully. Please keep these numbers for checking the status of the papers and future correspondence

  • If you have problems about the paper submission, please email the Conference Secretariat at mmt2017@aast.edu, with "MMT2017 Paper Submission" in the subject line.
    Also include the paper number, if there is any.

POSTER SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Poster Session Chairs

  • The deadline of the submission to poster session is April 10, 2017
  • The Poster should state clearly the project innovative idea, motivation of work/applications, methodology used, contribution of work, summary of experimental results and conclusions.
  • An Abstract (of only 2 pages) must be submitted using the conference paper (TEMPELATE ) mentioned above. The tempelate of the Poster will be submitted to you subject to acceptance notification.
  • Kindly submit your abstract to:

    with "POSTER SUBMISSION" in the subject area of the email

All accepted poster Abstracts will be included in the conference abstract booklet.

The best poster award will be announced during the conference closing ceremony.
