Introduction – Alumni & Student Trips

The Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport is committed to offering enriching experiences for both alumni and students. A variety of trips are organized throughout the year — including cultural, educational, religious, and recreational destinations inside and outside Egypt.

These trips are designed to foster social interaction, knowledge-sharing, and discovery in a safe, well-organized environment.

Trip registration is updated regularly throughout the year. New trips are announced via the official website and social media channels of the Academy.

General Instructions for Participation

Advance registration is required via the online form or the Alumni/Student Affairs Office.
Trip participation is ongoing, with updated programs announced regularly throughout the academic year.
Participants must adhere to the designated assembly, departure, and return times.
Bring your student or alumni ID during the trip.
External guests are not allowed without prior official approval.
Respect all guidelines and maintain proper conduct throughout the trip.
If you wish to cancel, please notify the administration at least 72 hours in advance.
Seats are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
