Required Documents to Issue the Syndicate ID Card

(For graduates of the College of Computer Science & Information Technology, College of Fisheries & Aquaculture, and Artificial Intelligence)

1. Copy of valid National ID card.

2. Original equivalency certificate (issued through the Alumni Association).

3. Copy of military service status (males only).

4. Recent criminal record certificate addressed to the Scientific Professions Syndicate.

5. Three (3) recent personal photos.
