• Deliver customized professional training courses and programs for upscaling knowledge and skills of engineers and technicians, tailored to the specific needs of the industry.
   
• Offer a wide range of products and services to AASTMT and the market, ensuring the required quality, delivered at the right time and place, and at minimal cost.
   
• Provide and maintain a safe working environment for employees, students, and visitors, and promote occupational health and safety awareness at AASTMT.
   
• Support the industry by providing skilled and qualified technicians who meet international standards and are attracted by the market to contribute to societal development.
   
• Promote scientific and technological development at AASTMT and within the industrial community through applied research projects.
   
• Support the educational process by providing students with access to the Industry Service Complex facilities and by contributing to the maintenance and development of laboratory equipment and training kits for AASTMT educational entities.
   
• Encourage the adoption of sustainable practices across all internal and external processes, whether related to the production of goods or the provision of services.
