2 kW VAWT is to be installed and integrated with the available 50 kW PV provided by internal fundig project (Innovation Research Grant (IRG) in AASTMT)

                    
         
Abo Quir campus energy consumption has been analyzed using Smart Monitoring system

Description:

  1. Using renewable energy for electricity that reducing purchased electricity
  2. Use solar pumping for irrigation and water treatment
  3. Establish smart energy monitoring system
  4. The AASTMT established the 1st roof mounted PV plant of 50 Kw grid connected for self-consumption over building G of collage of Engineering and Technology, Abo-Quir campus, Alexandria
  5. The AASTMT has installed the 2nd PV plant of 150 Kw divided into 2 sub-plat 100KW on side of building and 50 Kw on roof of faculty of engineering, on-grid operated as fed-in-tariff, Aswan campus, AASTMT. 
  6. 10 Kw PV plant for solar irrigation pumping and water treatment has been installed in Abo-Quir campus, Alexandria.
  7. Unit of smart solar electric vehicle charger in Alamin Campus, AASTMT.
