Prof. Ehab ElKassas holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Dundee, Scotland, UK, and a M.Sc. in Structural Engineering from Alexandria University.
He is currently the Assistant President for Research and Consultatation, Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (AASTMT). As well as a Professor of Structural Engineering at the Department of Construction and Building Engineering, College of Engineering and Technology, (AASTMT).
He participated in more than 40 Projects in the field of Civil engineering and the Maritime field. In addition to that he has prepared a number of scientific researches, where his researches reached more than 35 scientific researches and he has received a number of awards for his work.
