Within the framework of the cooperation protocol between the Maritime Research and Consultation Center MRCC and the Sea Ports Corporation to enhance the skills of the specialists in Sudanese ports. In addition to the constructive cooperation between MRCC and the College of International Transport and Logistics of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Cairo (Sheraton branch). MRCC held a workshop for Sudanese ports specialists in operations planning at container terminals during 26 to 30 December 2020.
The workshop aims to use the latest specialized simulation program to increase efficiency in the planning of the yards and berths of container terminals. The workshop held at the labs of College of International Transport and Logistics.
At the end of the workshop, the Sudanese delegation members received certificates from the Dean of MRCC, Prof. Dr. Ehab ElKassas, and Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Sakty, Dean of the College of International Transport and Logistics.
