Hydraulics and Pneumatic Systems Laboratory

 
Hydraulics and Pneumatic systems Lab is considered the only fluid power Lab all over the AASTMT. The Lab contains three different kits of more than 60 experiments in hydraulic system , electrohydraulic system, pneumatic system and electro pneumatic system . Fluid power lab familiarizes the trainees with the basics and advanced pneumatic and hydraulic systems to build complete circuits. These experiments help the modernization of the education cycle process.

- The Fluid Power Lab can be divided in to two sections

- This section contains all the information, equipment, components and circuits used in both hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  1. Pneumatic and Electro Pneumatic systems
  2. - This section contains instructions for twenty-five hands-on exercises.The lab is equipped with basic instruments such as compressors, reservoirs, pressure regulators, direction control valves, flow control valves, logic gates and actuators (single and double acting cylinders). Plus the electro pneumatic parts such as PLC, sensors, and solenoid valves.

  3. Hydraulic and Electrohydraulic systems
  4. - This section contains instructions for forty hands-on exercises.

    - The lab is equipped with basic instruments such as pump, tank, pressure gauges, direction control valves, flow control valves, pressure control valves and actuators (Motor and double acting cylinders). On the other hand the lab is equipped with electrohydraulic component such as PLC, sensors, solenoid valves and proportional direction control valves.

    - The LAB contains three different kits. Each kit is ready to accept from 3 to 5 students .
