Introduction to summer school for children of employees and the outside community

Summer sports school:

A sports school was established during the summer for the children of employees and faculty members of the academy, as it has multiple goals, namely:
A - the affiliation of the employees ' children to the Academy.
(B) the exploitation of leisure time for the physical, health and mental benefit.
C-developing sports skills and reaching the highest level of physical fitness in all sports.
D-various sports games within the summer school include (football-basketball-volleyball-swimming-fitness " gym " – tennis-karate) in addition to drawing activity.
E - where the player chooses one game besides swimming and drawing.
And-provide a snack during the sports day.
G-school days (Sunday-Tuesday-Thursday) every week from 9 am to 2 pm for 3 months.
The teacher program by games is as follows:
Karate training

Children are divided by age
From the age of 4 – 6 years
They are taught the following :
1 / the principles and arts of karate.
2 / get acquainted with the rules of The Karate game.
3 / How to hand blows from Fortitude.
4 / How to hand strokes from movement (sanbon Kumite).
5 / defense from hand blows.
6 / two-man kicks (only one kick).
7 / preparing to pass the first Test, which is scheduled for 7 months and is not Muhammad today.
From the age of 7 – 10 years
1 / the principles and arts of karate.
2 / get acquainted with the rules of The Karate game.
3 / learn the basics to pass the first Test and move up in the belt.
4 / learn the arts of comedy.
5 / learn the first Kata.


For all dental stages
1 / they are physically prepared to practice the activity.
2 / compatibility training.
3 / development of reaction speed.
Swimming school

Introduction
If the experience of learning to swim is limited to how to save oneself and help others in case of falling into the water without knowing how to swim, then this factor alone tops any other advantages in the field of sports activities .
The school divides the participants into three different levels after conducting an initial assessment for them (beginner-intermediate-advanced)
First the beginner
1 / he learns to tune in to this new medium and how to deal with it.
2 / he learns how to walk in the water on the pool floor to avoid slipping.
3 / learn to see under water.
4 / learn how to breathe correctly in water (inhale and exhale).
5 / Learn how to float, hold, feel water and get along with them.
6 / learn the two-man freestyle swimming strokes
Second intermediate
1 / Learn the movement of the arms for freestyle swimming
2 / learn the synchronization of the blows of the two legs and the sows.
3 / learn the synchronization of the movement of the legs, arms and breathing.
4 / Learn freestyle swimming in a proper way
5 / Learn to float in deep water.
Advanced third
1 / Learn to jump in deep water and float.
2 / Learn to swim a distance of 40 meters in a proper way.
3 / learn to increase the ability to stand in the water and float for a long time.
4 / Learn to dive and go some distance underwater.
5 / Learn to improve freestyle swimming performance.
Important note
If the participant has completed the three stages of education, he can teach another type of swimming, which is( back swimming).
Football

Children are divided by age from 4 to 6 and from 7 to 10 years old

The player learns to hold the racket by hand while standing in the correct position and receiving the ball at the right time

The player learned to hit the front and back ball in the position of moving the foot right and North while receiving the ball at the right time.
10 / Al-Saraf (the throw of the dispatcher)
The player learns the correct position and direction of the serve throw in the right place for her on the other hand .
