The Academy in Cairo is crowned with the first place in the Universities Championship.. The "100 days of sport"initiative is at the forefront In a new achievement that reflects its leadership in supporting sports and athletes, the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport won a series of prestigious awards and championships, at the "best award" ceremony in its fifth edition. The ceremony was attended by H. E. Minister of youth and sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, H. E. professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, president of the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport, MP Mahmoud Hussein, chairman of the youth and sports committee of the House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Daher, Deputy Minister of education, and a number of heads of federations and boards of directors in addition to the heads of Egyptian clubs, ambassadors and representatives of Arab and foreign embassies in Egypt. The Arab Academy was crowned with the "best educational institution supporting sports and athletes" award, in recognition of its continuous efforts in providing an ideal environment for mathematically gifted students, and supporting them in their educational and sports career alike. The Academy in Cairo won the first place in the overall ranking of the fifth sector championship for private universities after a strong competition with the elite universities, headed by the American University in Cairo, where the title is the seventh in the history of the Academy. In a precedent that is the first of its kind in its history, the Academy in Cairo achieved the second place in the "100 Sports Days" initiative, launched by His Excellency A.Dr. Minister of Higher Education, where more than 50 Egyptian universities, governmental and private, participated in this initiative. On the sidelines of the ceremony, the minister of youth and sports witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport and the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Union, where it was signed by Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, president of the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport, and engineer Sherif El-Erian, president of the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Union. Where the Academy participated in the fifth sector championship with a number of 291 students, 121 students from the Heliopolis Branch, 62 students from the Smart Village Branch, 14 students from the Dokki branch, and the results, trophies and medals came as follows: General shield >> The first place in the overall ranking of the championship is students. The Academy in Cairo is crowned with the first place in the Universities Championship.. The "100 days of sport"initiative is at the forefront In a new achievement that reflects its leadership in supporting sports and athletes, the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport won a series of prestigious awards and championships, at the "best award" ceremony in its fifth edition. The ceremony was attended by H. E. Minister of youth and sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, H. E. professor Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar Ismail Farag, president of the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport, MP Mahmoud Hussein, chairman of the youth and sports committee of the House of Representatives, Dr. Ahmed Daher, Deputy Minister of education, and a number of heads of federations and boards of directors in addition to the heads of Egyptian clubs, ambassadors and representatives of Arab and foreign embassies in Egypt. The Arab Academy was crowned with the "best educational institution supporting sports and athletes" award, in recognition of its continuous efforts in providing an ideal environment for mathematically gifted students, and supporting them in their educational and sports careers alike. The Academy in Cairo won the first place in the overall ranking of the fifth sector championship for private universities after a strong competition with the elite universities, headed by the American University in Cairo, where the title is the seventh in the history of the Academy. In a precedent that is the first of its kind in its history, the Academy in Cairo achieved the second place in the "100 Sports Days" initiative, launched by His Excellency A.Dr. Minister of Higher Education, where more than 50 Egyptian universities, governmental and private, participated in this initiative. On the sidelines of the ceremony, the minister of youth and sports witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport and the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Union, where it was signed by Prof. Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, president of the Arab Academy for science, technology and maritime transport, and engineer Sherif El-Erian, president of the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Union.
